  • What if The Pink Party is canceled or postponed?
    No risk purchasing: If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your festival passes will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, you can request a refund within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date. If the festival is canceled, your festival passes will be automatically refunded directly through our ticketing vendor.
  • What are the age restrictions?
    The Pink Party is 21+
  • Do I have to bring an ID?
    We are an 21+ ONLY event and you MUST have a valid Government form of ID to enter The Pink Partyl (ID Card, Drivers License, or Passport). For entry you MUST have: – Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth – US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
  • What are the hours of The Pink Party?
    3pm - 10pm.
  • Can I smoke/vape at The Pink Party?
    No smoking or vaping is allowed. This is a public park and public space and we must follow local and state laws. Tobacco and vape products will not be allowed into The Pink Party.
  • What happens if it rains?
    Then we’ll dance in the rain 🙂 Rain or shine the show will go on. In the event of extreme weather, the event may be canceled or postponed and ticket holders will be notified or refunded. Alternatively, hats, shades, and sunscreen are always a good idea!
  • What form of payments do you accept at The Pink Party?
    This is a cash-free event! We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. There will be no ATMs on site and cash will not be accepted at beverage and vending.
  • Is there re-entry to The Pink Party?
    No. Tickets are only valid for one entry to the festival per day. No re-entry.
  • What is The Pink Party?
    The Pink Party is a queer-powered DJ concert celebrating music, community, and self-expression, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.
  • Who is ROAR Events?
    ROAR Events is an event queer-run event production company based in Seattle and they are the producer and promotor of The Pink Party 2025.
  • How long has The Pink Party been going on?
    The Pink Party started as a garden party in 2022 as a way to celebrate the Pride season and support local LBGTQ+ organizations. Today, The Pink Party has grown so big it requires more space and more party. We hope you enjoy the new format.
